Award-winning travel writer and National Geographic assignment photographer Christopher P. Baker has spent a career capturing the world with words and camera. His photography has been published in scores of publications worldwide, from Conde Nast Traveler and Elle to National Geographic and Penthouse

His images have also been published in dozens of books, including his coffee table book Cuba Classics: A Celebration of Vintage American Automobiles. He has photographed for National Geographic on assignment, including photographing the National Geographic Traveler Colombia and Costa Rica guidebooks in entirety. And his images have graced the covers of, and illustrated feature articles, scores of international publications. His many awards include the Gold Prize in the 2015 North American Travel Journalist Association Awards for “Best Photography: Portrait/People” for his image of a man and horse in Trinidad, Cuba, published in National Geographic.
